“Hi Rachel, the bra fits perfectly! The knickers are actually smaller than the first pair but not by enough to matter. She will just have to alter herself (her words not mine!)

We're impressed that you made new knickers even though the colour difference is so hard to see. I doubt we would have noticed but you're obviously a perfectionist which is a quality, and sometimes a curse, that you don't find in many people. And thanks for doing the full bespoke service. Kirstie definitely wants more sets and has chosen a few colours from the swatches you sent so we will be ordering again.

Who knows maybe she'll become a Buttress & Snatch model!

The original knickers have only been worn over tights to make sure they fitted and tags are still on so we will send the pair back to you. I'm sure you won't be surprised when I say that your service has been 1st Class. It really isn't easy for a husband to buy his wife  lingerie but from day 1 you made sure that everything was perfect and even delivered to me in Scotland! The size issue was nobody's fault but you still sorted it out fast and even gave more back. We will order another set in the near future and possibly a swimsuit she can wear when we next go abroad.

What a wonderful surprise arrived by the post this morning! You were so efficient! I have just spent the most delicious half an hour striking poses in front of the mirror arrayed in Buttress and Snatch. The lingerie is beautiful! My favourite is the black peep show set: so full of whimsy and naughtiness! And the pink satin is beautiful. Those panties flatter my shape and are so comfortable too. I had spent the past week gorging on Betty Grable films, which provided the perfect mood to wear these creations. My boyfriend arrives on the 1st and I think my first 'welcome home GI outfit' will be the peep show set. Will let you know how that was received/
